I’m finally diving deeper into letting my creative juices flow. It’s been YEARS!!! Since becoming a coach I’ve let go a bit of my creativity because I was so focused on building by business. But little did I know that getting back into playing and creating actually enhances my business. WHAT?!!
I’m serious! When you let go of all the hours spent in front the computer and you start tapping into your creative juices, then sparkly magic happens. Creativity can stem from all kinds of places like painting, collaging (is this even a word? ha!), cooking, sewing, dancing, singing and so much more. I’ve gotten my best business ideas when I’m creating and playing.
The other day I showed the art piece I share in this video and a woman said to me me that she always wanted to get into drawing and painting but felt a bit intimidated. It’s that FEAR that totally stops us. But what if no one told you…you couldn’t? What if no one judged? What if you can do anything? What would you do?

Hey Alara,
This is SO inspiring! You have helped me to get into creative action and you are SO RIGHT…it really makes my biz and my life so rich and many of my questions are resolved as I play and create.
Yesterday I started working on my VISION board for my life and biz after over a year of dragging my feet and feeling like it wasn’t worth my time or energy. Thank you for giving me the permission to do it! At the end of the day I found that I didn’t want to stop and nearly had to FORCE myself to get on the internet and check work emails. HA!
Keep painting and playing and I cannot wait for our next session.
