I’m for fun, authenticity and lots of permission to live life with sparkle, magic and love.” Hello! Hi! Kamusta! I’m Alara Castell. I’m a Filipina, stepping out of the box of being nurse, lawyer, dentist, etc. and being a lifestyle and business expert. I would describe myself as a fun-loving business activator, part clown and part spiritual badass with a side of sassy. What that means in plain English is…I empower heart based women entrepreneurs like you to manage the overwhelm and fear so your powers are activated while having lots of FUN breaking the barriers of success so you get to do what you love and make money doing it. I always make sure it’s fun or I won’t do it. I mix in a bit of spirituality, self-care, sassiness and silliness to support you along the journey because that’s just how I do. So, how did this all begin, you ask??
Don’t you love that picture? I know, I was in the middle of telling my story. I had been working in the fashion industry for 8 years using my creative streak when BOOM – a shift happened. I had just become engaged and I realized I wasn’t happy with the person I was becoming. My health was at risk and at times, I was acting like a total b*tch. I realized I needed help so I found a holistic health coach. She transformed my life so radically that I decided I wanted to be one too. Still – I knew there was MORE to all of this! And the Universe granted me with an answer. I had other coaches knocking at my door asking for my help to support them in growing their business. BAM! That’s how I started empowering heart based women entrepreneurs to break the barriers to success. I know where you’re coming from. -Confronting fear was a common thread on my journey to where I am today. I can remember the days where I would crawl up in a ball and cry because I felt so afraid. Thoughts of failing would consume me, but I have lived through that and today fear is my friend. -Money was a big concern. I had left my job where I was making bank to do my own thing. What was I thinking was the phrase that echoed through my mind. In order to commit to myself and my dream, I had to commit to embracing fear, doubt and improving my relationship with money. I had to work at it and own up to it. -I was also scared out of my mind to be myself. I thought I had to be like other successful entrepreneurs, but what I discovered is that my personal brand of being myself is what makes me stand out from the others in my field. I developed a clear plan of action. If you rush into entrepreneurship, you end up skipping steps CRITICAL to building your business. I am constantly filled with joy by the sessions I have with my clients. I help them eliminate the emotional obstacles around fear and money and TAKE FLIGHT on the journey to doing what they love and making money at it! I’m so glad you asked!!! Well, it actually started when I was a little girl. I dreamed some day that I would help lots of people. At first, I was going to be a piano teacher, then a doctor, then a dance teacher, and then a wedding-dress-maker… LOL! Look, I knew I was destined for this some way.
